Alma Rosa Winery – Peace of Mind: 10,000 Steps in the Right Direction

Alma Rosa Winery announces it’s third annual fundraising walk for mental health.

Enjoy rare hilltop vistas of the Sta. Rita Hills wine region as you walk from the valley floor through Alma Rosa’s hillside vineyards and back, approximately 10,000 steps or 4.3 miles. Splashes of wine will accompany your view at the top vineyard, and you will have the chance to taste Alma Rosa’s wines when you finish the course.

The registration fee of $55 will be split between two benefiting organizations: One Mind, which funds research into the causes, treatments and cures of mental illness, and Mental Wellness Center, which provides services and housing for individuals with a mental health diagnosis in Santa Barbara County.

Alma Rosa proprietors Bob & Barb Zorich are also matching the first $70,000 in donations made to these two organizations (up to $35,000 each).
